Effective: 4 August 2026 | Version: 1.0
This policy explains how STRATEGY&CONSULT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on https://strategyandconsult.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. References to cookies include local and session storage, pixels, tags and scripts where similar privacy rules apply.
Where applicable law requires consent, we do not store or access non-essential information on your device until you make an active choice. Reject All is available as readily as Accept All. Closing the banner or continuing to browse is not treated as consent. Strictly necessary technologies remain active only where the legal exemption applies.
| Technology or Provider | Category and Purpose | Typical Duration or Control |
|---|---|---|
| cookieyes-consent / CookieYes | Strictly necessary. Records the consent categories selected in the website consent manager. | Up to 365 days. Choices can be changed through Consent Preferences. |
| Cookie consent interface | Strictly necessary. Displays privacy choices and records the applicable consent signal. | For as long as needed to demonstrate and respect the current choice. |
| GoDaddy traffic and performance technology, including tccl.min.js where enabled | Analytics and performance. Measures website traffic and technical performance. | Activated only after analytics consent where consent is required; current details are shown in Consent Preferences. |
| WordPress and form security or session technology | Strictly necessary only where required to deliver forms, maintain a session or protect the website. | Session or the documented security period shown in Consent Preferences. |
The Consent Preferences panel is the current, granular record of enabled cookies and similar technologies, including provider, purpose, category and duration. We update this policy and the panel when a technology or purpose materially changes.
The website may request resources such as fonts or code from third-party content-delivery services, including Google Fonts or cdnjs. A request may disclose an IP address, browser or device information and request metadata even if it does not set a cookie. Optional embedded media, maps, analytics or similar content is blocked behind consent where required. A normal link that loads a third-party website only after it is selected is treated differently from embedded content.
Use the Consent Preferences control on the website to accept, reject or change optional categories. Withdrawal stops future optional storage or access as effectively as refusal. Browser settings may also delete or block cookies, although this can affect essential functions. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We keep a proportionate record of the consent signal, timestamp, policy or configuration version and categories selected. We refresh consent when purposes or technologies materially change and review the inventory periodically.
Questions about cookies may be sent to info@strategyandconsult.com. Privacy rights and complaint routes are described in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Complaints page.
