Data Protection Complaints

How to raise a privacy complaint and how we will respond

Effective: 4 August 2026 | Version: 1.0

1. How to complain to us

You can complain about our use of personal data by emailing info@strategyandconsult.com with the subject ‘Data Protection Complaint’, or by writing to STRATEGY&CONSULT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD, Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom. You may also call +44 793 817 6394.

Please tell us your name and preferred contact details, what happened, the relevant dates or communications, how you think the matter should be resolved, and any supporting information. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. If another person acts for you, we may request evidence of their authority.

2. What we will do

  • Acknowledge a UK data-protection complaint within 30 days.
  • Verify identity and authority proportionately where this is necessary to protect personal data.
  • Investigate the complaint appropriately and fairly, involving relevant staff or providers where necessary.
  • Provide proportionate progress information if the investigation is not complete.
  • Explain the outcome, the reasons for it and any action taken or proposed.
  • Keep an appropriate complaint record in line with our Data Retention Notice.

3. Timing

We aim to resolve complaints as soon as reasonably practicable. A complex complaint may require more time, particularly where we must obtain information from another organisation, preserve evidence or consider an applicable legal restriction. We will provide an update when further time is needed.

4. Your right to contact a regulator

Using our complaint route does not remove your right to complain to a data-protection authority or seek another remedy available under law.

  • United Kingdom: Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
  • European Economic Area: the supervisory authority where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.
  • Saudi Arabia: the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) or the competent authority through the official Personal Data Protection channels at https://dgp.sdaia.gov.sa/.
5. Accessibility and support

Tell us if you need the complaint process or our response in an alternative format, or if you need a reasonable communication adjustment. We accept complaints from an authorised representative and will use only the information needed to verify authority.
