Use of artificial intelligence in content and professional services

Effective: 4 August 2026 | Version: 1.0

AI output is probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased or fabricated. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, source verification, legal review, management decisions or a signed engagement scope.

1. Scope

This disclaimer applies to public content discussing AI, any AI-assisted website feature, and AI-enabled elements of Strategy&Consult services. Specific client terms, statements of work and regulatory duties prevail over this page.

2. No professional advice or guaranteed result

AI-generated or AI-assisted content is general information unless expressly delivered under an engagement. It does not constitute legal, audit, assurance, accounting, tax, investment, regulatory, employment, medical, cybersecurity or other regulated advice. Users must verify sources, assumptions, calculations, jurisdiction, currency and fitness for purpose.

3. Our responsible-use controls

  • A named human remains accountable for material work and reviews outputs proportionately to risk.
  • We minimise personal/confidential data and prefer approved enterprise tools with appropriate no-training, retention, access, security and transfer terms.
  • We assess purpose, lawful basis, transparency, bias, accuracy, explainability, intellectual property, security, vendors and human oversight before material use.
  • We do not use AI to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors, candidates or client contacts unless specifically assessed, disclosed and safeguarded.
  • We do not represent AI output as independently audited, assured or verified unless the stated work has actually been performed.

4. User and client inputs

Do not enter confidential, privileged, export-controlled, personal, special-category, criminal, biometric, health, financial-account, authentication or national-security information into a public AI feature. Only provide information you have authority to use. Follow the secure channel and data instructions in the relevant engagement.

5. Third-party models

AI services may depend on third-party models and infrastructure whose availability, behavior and terms can change. We assess approved providers but do not control every model response. Third-party rights and licence restrictions may apply to inputs and outputs.

6. Intellectual property and citations

AI output may resemble third-party material or contain incorrect citations. Users must perform originality, permission, attribution, trademark and source checks. No ownership or non-infringement warranty is given for public AI output.

7. Security and incident reporting

Prompt injection, data leakage, unsafe code and model manipulation are known risks. AI-produced code, calculations and recommendations require testing in a controlled environment. Report suspected disclosure or harmful behavior to info@strategyandconsult.com.

8. Changes and contact

We may update AI practices as technology, law and standards evolve. Questions about AI use in a client engagement should be directed to the engagement lead before data is provided or a decision is made.

9. Changes

We update this notice when recruitment practices or law change. The version at the time of application is retained with the recruitment record.
