He partners with boards, CEOs, and executive committees to design resilient financial structures, strengthen regulatory and risk frameworks, and deliver growth strategies with measurable outcomes.
Ather brings a distinctive blend of strategic foresight and technical depth—combining board-level leadership with the discipline of international standards and robust governance. At Strategy&Consult, he leads mandates spanning strategic finance, risk and regulatory transformation, and governance excellence—translating strategy into sustainable performance through analytical rigor and pragmatic execution.
Before founding Strategy&Consult, Ather held senior leadership roles across leading institutions in multiple sectors. He is a Harvard Business School Executive Education alumnus with a Certificate of Management Excellence and a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (UK), and holds professional memberships with several globally recognized professional bodies.
Jawad is a corporate finance and risk management professional with 24+ years of experience across the banking and financial services sector in Middle Eastern markets. He advises management teams and stakeholders on transactions, financing strategy, and risk frameworks—bringing strong structuring capability and disciplined execution to complex mandates.
Jawad supports clients across project and structured finance, facility arrangements, and syndications, helping originate, structure, negotiate, and execute financing solutions aligned to business objectives and stakeholder requirements. He is also recognized for developing and embedding robust risk governance tools, including Target Market and Risk Acceptance Criteria, ensuring transactions are commercially viable while remaining within approved risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
Jawad’s expertise includes advisory on project finance and real estate rating models, with a strong track record of delivering strategic financial outcomes through practical analysis, clear stakeholder communication, and end-to-end transaction support.Â
Shah Abdullah is an accomplished technology leader with 21+ years of experience advising organizations on digital transformation, technology modernization, and cost-effective change programs across Oil & Gas, Beauty & Personal Care, and Food Manufacturing. He brings strong expertise across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-to-end business process enablement, supporting leadership teams to improve resilience, scalability, and operational performance.

Arsalan is a seasoned corporate finance and risk advisory executive with 20+ years of cross-border experience spanning wholesale banking, credit risk governance, debt restructuring, structured project finance, and end-to-end transaction support. He has advised on complex, high-value mandates across sectors including industrial manufacturing, renewable energy, battery electric vehicles (BEVs), and other emerging technologies—bringing strong commercial judgement and disciplined risk governance to execution.
